Andy Robertson
Andy has 26 years of experience in sales, operations and customer services management in the financial, banking and insurance industries. He has managed both large, cross-functional teams and small specialist teams and worked with executive committees and senior stakeholders to affect major change.
Andy joined AML Analytics in 2013 and has led the sales, operations and customer experience functions of the business since then, building teams and processes from scratch. Exceptional customer service at AML Analytics has resulted in unprecedented levels of customer retention under Andy’s leadership.
Prior to joining AML Analytics, Andy held various senior operations management roles with Aviva plc, a leading UK insurer, where he delivered AML and sanction screening solutions across business units in Europe and APAC and led the customer operations strategic planning process across seven European markets.
