Cyril Okoroigwe is a techpreneur and an innovation enthusiast with over twelve years of senior management and leadership experience in the Information Technology, Banking and Financial services sectors. He holds a first degree in Computer science from the University of Nigeria, and is a Certified information system auditor. He has strong expertise in business strategy, project management, operational process automation, payments system, Information system management and control.

Cyril had led key successful regional offshore Information Technology projects for the financial services sector in East, Central and Southern African Countries. Until recently, he was a member of the MICR Technical Implementation Committee, a sub of the Bankers’ Committee of Nigeria.

Cyril holds a Masters degree in Information Technology (MIT) from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS). He is a very good listener with demonstrable innate dedication, perseverance and determination to achieve results. He is passionate about business startup incubation and entrepreneurship strategies based on sustainable and profitable business models.

Cyril is currently the CEO of Regtech Africa, an emergent global digital tech media platform with niche focus on regulatory technology innovations in Africa and around the world. He sits on the board of many startup companies including Latitude iBS Limited, a financial technology innovation company.
