Dr. Obioha Oti is the National President of the Association of Mobile Money and Bank Agents in Nigeria AMMBAN, where he provides strategic leadership for advancing financial inclusion, agency banking, and digital financial services across Nigeria. He is a leading voice in the financial services ecosystem, driving initiatives that expand access to banking, deepen digital payments adoption, and strengthen the agent network nationwide.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Upswing Consulting and Training Limited, a firm focused on financial inclusion, business growth, and human capital development. With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, including First Bank of Nigeria, he brings strong practical expertise to consulting, training, and policy advocacy within the financial services industry.

Dr. Oti serves on the boards of several technology-driven companies, including 1App Technologies Limited (fintech), Medlitics Inc. (health-tech), and as Strategic Advisor to Analytiq Global Limited, a London-based technology firm. He is a seasoned corporate trainer and speaker, delivering high-impact programs in banking, digital financial services, sales, and entrepreneurship for financial institutions and professional bodies.

He holds a B.Eng, an M.Sc. in Engineering Management, a DBA, and an honorary LL.D, and is a Fellow of IMC-Nigeria, as well as a member of CIBN, ICEN, CIFCON, NSE, and other professional institutions.
