Frederick Asumanu
Frederick Asumanu is the Director (Policy Regulations), Financial Inclusion Forum Africa and also Head, Market Regulation Unit at the National Communications Authority (NCA), Ghana.
With a combined 21 years of working experiences in the Banking and telecommunications industry. He is currently a Vice Chair at Telecommunications Union (ITU) study group 3 for Economic and Policy Issues. He is also a member of ITU DFS Security, Infrastructure and Trust working Groups. He is a graduate of Methodist university Ghana (MBA in Finance) , Cambridge Judge Business School (Fintech & Regulatory Innovation), King’s College Uk (PG-Diploma in Economics and Competition Law) and University of Luxembourg (Certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance).
