A senior compliance and governance executive with over 25 years of international experience, Ms. Phillips has held leadership roles at Citigroup, Rothschild, Permal, and Mizuho, with work spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan.

Her work focuses on strengthening institutional resilience, embedding ethical accountability in complex organisations, and aligning regulatory posture with emerging technological and systemic risks.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Reading and an MBA from Cardiff Business School.
