He has over fourteen years of significant experience in commercial legal practice, with particular interests in regulatory and compliance across financial technology, digital consumer protection, retail, and education.

Osita is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and a Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN) member.

He founded the Anatomy of Nigerian Fintech Law blog. Osita has authored works on protocting digital financial consumers, international remittances and payments, mobile money services and agency banking.
