Sarah is leading Change Gap as an impact organization created to help the financial services industry think, act and collaborate differently and creatively, in response to the widening gaps such as Economic Crime, ESG and Cyber Risk.  People and Purpose are at the heart of the design of Change Gap’s new Co-Labs initiative, to ensure acceleration of technology adoption, but with safety and wellbeing top of mind.
