He has facilitated multiple strategic retreats, performance management projects, and organizational transformation programs. His consulting portfolio includes work with companies such as BlueChip Technologies, Macadams, Utica Capital, Fidson Pharmaceuticals, LotusCapital, Royal Exchange, major technology integrators, and nonprofit foundations — delivering projects that improved alignment, clarified strategy, strengthened culture, and enhanced business performance. His work has supported expansion into new markets, the redesign of performance systems, process audits, management development, and CEO advisory engagements.

Suleiman has led over 20+ management retreats and mid-manager development programs covering finance, sales, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and execution. He also guides nonprofits and SMEs on operational structure, succession planning, and organizational growth.
