Antonio Giuseppe Di Pietro is a corporate lawyer and founder of Lequent, a frontier tech advisory firm. He advises companies and investors at the intersection of M&A, compliance and technology, with a focus on strategic transactions, capital markets and technology-driven growth. He currently leads the legal strategy of buy-and-build projects across Southern Europe’s digital innovation sector. Previously, he founded 36Brains, a corporate intelligence firm later acquired by RSM. Antonio lectures internationally on compliance, forensic investigations and innovation, and serves on the Innovation Committee of the Milan Bar Association.
