Prof. Fisher David Adeyinka had is first degree in Economics from Lagos State University and proceed to University of Ibadan for his Master degree program in Industrial Labour Relations and earn another master degree in Sociology. He enrolled for a PhD program on Social Entrepreneurship Development from Christian Open University in USA where he acquired is Doctorate Degree in social Entrepreneurship, and he is a member Institute of Chartered Accountant.

In the year 2008 he did a certification course in Micro Finance Development organized by World Bank, after which he went to India in Ahmendabad to study Entrepreneurship Development Program at ICECD Institute. He later went to Malaysia to study policy and frame work on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises development and acquired certification from online course in Indonesia on Business Mentoring and Counselling Development. He is a certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP).

In 2016 he got certification on ISO 9001 by UNIDO on Management Information System on Standard, also in 2016 he went to Germany for a program on used machine exhibition where some MSMEs from Nigeria attended the program in Colon, Germany. In 2017 another certification from UNIDO on ISO 14001 on Business Environment. In 2018 he became Fellow of Institute of Chartered Business Consultant (ICBC) Nigeria, and member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). In the year 2022 he was decorated with Fellowship award by council of EDSEA Business School in Canada on Skill Development. In 2023 he was awarded a professorial award byChristian Open University in USA.

His working careers started as a business marketer, later a Teacher and Lecturer at various Universities on part time basis, then join National Productivity Centre, a Research Organisation as senior research officer and presently work with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) as a Deputy Director at SMEDAN Head Office in Abuja under Partnership and Co-ordination department.  

In his entrepreneurial journey, he worked on numerous projects like recycling, setting up educational centres, farming, providing business development services and consultancy services for Nano, Micro and Small businesses as business coach and mentor. Also, writing and developing business plan for small businesses.

He is happily married, blessed with two children and grandchildren.
